We just got back. Stayed a week with family on Oahu. Grandma, aunties, uncles, cousin stay mostly in the Waipahu side. We rented a house on the beach in Kailua.

Don't have many pics of the home, but beach front.
Not to much adventure on Oahu. Did visit Grandpa and family graves. Grandpa is in Punchbowl.

Then off to Kona, my parents have a home there up on the hillside. No pics on phone. Then over to Hilo. Akaka falls.

Been super busy and haven't been on in a long time. But, this thing followed me home last Saturday View attachment 568814

It's a prowlers sand sprite VI with a 2332.

We had a Sand Sprite! great little cars, had a beefy 2276 in it that pushed it around just fine, held fourth up China Wall. You will have fun with that!

My daughter doubled up last weekend in Samoa. Races were cancelled in Redding this weekend due to extreme heat.

It helps me deal with living here. If I lived somewhere I enjoyed, I'd be having a glass of milk and cookies.
I have lived in only one place that I really enjoyed.

Cookies are good [emoji202] [emoji106]

Where is that 1 place? I need to get out of here before I stroke out
The problem is it is the state of Cali. And it was when I was a kid growing up , I know it's not the same now , but I am keeping my memories

I really like northern Arizona.
What r you guys looking for ???

Anywhere in Arizona. Honestly Dave I'd get rid of the boat and just buy into a high rise condo somewhere around Phoenix. It's just a matter of time

Nice setup there !! If you don't mind me asking, are you on a river in coastal Va. ?

I've been looking at river front homes in coastal Va. for the purpose of relocation / retirement living. Spent some time at Ft. Eustis during my Army days playing on boats on the James and Chesapeake Bay, lived in Yorktown and really liked it. But that was in the early 70s, like anywhere I'm sure there's great areas and others that should be avoided. Of late been focusing more on places along the Rappahannock River.
Daughter and family are in Virginia Beach.
