We celebrated Gerrit's 7th Birthday at school today.

Said he wants to be like Mike Trout and JJ Watt when he grows up haha

He was sad one day and told me he couldn't decide between pro football and baseball.... I told him Bo Jackson did both and he just said ok.."I'll play both then"

Gotta love kids confidence and spirit.

Looks like he lost a bearing. If you don't notice it quick enough you'll lose the whole hub and then axel. Ask me how I know!!

Actually, my bad, that looks like it's an over packing of grease through the zirt issue. I thought the stuff on the rims was melted bearing buddy parts but it's just grease. This is no bueno either but not as bad melting the whole bearing assembly and possibly axel.

Busy holiday weekend

kiddo out at the lake memorial day. this is what boating is all about.

get back from memorial day weekend and our house smells like crap... finally trace it down to inside the stove. take stove out of the kitchen and smell goes away. take stove apart and find this little bugger wedged inside the igniter circuitry... started turning to mush so had to be careful not to tear him in half getting him un-stuck.
