'Jeepin' <<< 1st snow run>>> Big Bear--- PICS!

A few of us ran Jacoby cyn, and Gold Mtn for a quick taste of snow last Sunday----- Had a FUN trip! Trails are pretty easy, but the wet rocks and ice tested us a bit in a few spots! Deepest snow we got into was approx 6-8", and the coldest I saw on my JK temp gauge was 32 deg. (but I still had on shorts and T-shirt! As Usual! LOL)

Sweet. How was the rock garden near the top of Gold Mountain? Always liked that run.

On edit: My bad, just looked back at the picture and it looks like the path is pretty well established through the garden now. Don't remember it being that flat.
