There are a bunch of welders in Havasu who do good work. I recently found out that a guy I have been mountain biking with is a very good welder who specializes in aluminum and Stainless. He can weld anything but he is really good at aluminum and stainless.

I had him weld new uprights on my tritoon trailer. While I was there, I saw some of his work and I was truly impressed.
