Great weekend for me!

That had to be a huge lift for you, seeing family and friends. This really gives all of you something to look forward to during your recovery. Sounds like every day is better now. Keep up the strong recovery.

Saturday my Dad and his wife stopped by, and brought me some Burger King. I also had a friend stop by, he brought me some diet Dr. Pepper & some sugar free cookies.
Today, my wife came with my boys, whom I haven't been able to see in a month. She also brought me dinner. Chipotle tri-tip, fried shrimp, green beans sauteed with garlic & butter, salad with homemade ranch dressing. The best part was seeing my boys. Gawd how I miss them.

I am in La Mirada at Kindred Hospital.

Seeing people has been awesome. This is my second prolonged hospital stay, I fought pancreatic cancer years ago, and didn't have nearly the support network I am blessed with now.
