Or Manx clone built/laminated here in So.Cal.

I hope you will look to me for gelcoat application.Matching your new car to your boat?Just want something custom and not "just" metal flake or a simple solid color? I have gone the other way, matching a boat to a stable of cars/Rhino's etc.I want to be "The Man" you look to for gel graphics on new fiberglass body buggy builds!! Mild to wild.

In the case of a real Meyers Manx,I have talked to Bruce in years past,he is game.At one time I was planning my own build before SHTF economy wise.He will remember me,and welcomes the idea.

To members here, feel free to PM about ideas, plans, etc. Also feel free to call me on the cell,(951) 6 three 4-thirtyone eighty.Expect the RDP prefered customer discount:cool

A boat matched to car.

Dan,have you checked out Northstar's build in the Offroad section over there? Mid engine northstar beetle build. He (late in the game) decided to make it a "supercharged" mid engine NS build:cool On a shoestring budget,in his garage.:thumbsup

Just south of Mammoth on McGee mountain. The road in the background is Hwy 395.

Yep, love the trails up there. Just spent a week exploring around Lee Vining. Have you been to Kavanaugh Ridge? If not it is worth the run. 11,000 elevaton and great views. There are a few abandon cabins up there as well. A little hard to find but cool.

The 1st picture looks like Laural Lake. that was a good trail.

Have you tried taking Sand Canyon trail south of Toms place. It is another good one.
Are these trails legal to quads and such as well?Or only street licensed vehicles?

I have done some riding outside of Lee to get to the mobil station for mango Margi's but that's it. Is this ridge by lee or is over by the crater by mono lake? Regardless sounds like something to check out. We love it up there!

Yes that is the trail to Laurel lakes. Haven't been in sand canyon by Tom's, I thought most of the trails down there were wide open roads but not sure.

The trails are open to anyone. The problem is you run into areas where you need to ride on some streets and you run the risk of running into the man.

how are you for taping off molds and doing multicolor (like a boat) in my manx molds? I always wanted to do a graphic in the mold style manx, just wasn't talented enough!

Looks like I missed this.
Never done it in a car mold.
What wax are using on them?

For what it's worth,I hit you up about doing this at the Sand show in Costa Mesa in like 2008 or 09?
Maybe it was because you were at the show and distracted, but you seemed uninterested.Maybe it was my long hair?:D

What are you looking to do on it?Have any kind of rendering or reference?

Call me if you like,(951)634-31eighty

I remember, but at the time, the economy just wasn't there and everyone that I talked to wanted crazy money to do it. I slowed down for 4-5 years and now things are picking up again. I am still interested in getting a quote done. I don't have any renderings, because I have never done it before. I would have to sit down and figure out a design. We use chemlease on most of our molds. If not, then TR or Orca wax is most common for us. This is a new mid travel car (same body, new chassis)

Lets talk about how many bodies I have to spray to take delivery of this orange beast.:D
