Fitted cover for a Sanger Flat bottom?

My buddy is looking for a place to build a custom cover. 1972 Sanger Flat bottom V-Drive with a BBC and over the transom Exhaust. 17ft 10in long. He wants it to be form fitted around the exhaust and intake.

Anyone have any good leads in the Sacramento area?
