The obvious stuff is Yellowboat posted that crazy story awhile back about the Lexuit (Lexus) getting stolen, and then helicopters and cop cars descending on said Thief like 2 blocks away.. Many considered the story to be B.S. namely in part because how does a guy get caught a block away.. and then someone might have mentioned that department doesn't own helo's etc..
