I have an Aqua Performance retractable swim step ladder I bought and never used. it is new in the box with instructions and all hardware. This will undermount on most billet swim steps as well.

It is the 14 1/2 X 12 1/4 wide model with an 18 inch extension.

These are $268 new + tax and shipping.

$260 picked up in Orange County or Havasu.
