Due to my kids savage sports schedules, I have the week of July 4th (both weekends, and week in between....) available.

Also have most of September and October opened up for booking

Opening up some weekends for September / October, our kid's Fall sports schedule is putting a serious damper on river trips!

Dates available for boating season

• September 25th thru 29th
• October 4th thru 31st

Dates available for desert season
Winter is available at less than 1/3rd of normal rate - $250 per night RDP. You can take offroad vehicles directly from our driveway and out into the desert, Pirates Cove is a 10 mile trail ride away.

• Nov 1st - 30th (except thanksgiving weekend, already taken)
• December - All dates open
• Christmas weekend - open
• New Years weekend - open
• January 2024 - All dates open

Low rate season - $250 per night RDP
You can take offroad vehicles directly from our driveway and out into the desert, Pirates Cove is a 10 mile trail ride away.
You can still boat! Water level will require you tie off to end of dock after late October, but river level is fine for boating all the way down to havasu

• November - Last weekend of Nov. is available (thanksgiving booked already)
• December - Most dates open until 12/28
• January - Available most dates, after 1/3/24
• February 2024 - Most dates open

House is situated on the 18 hole Rivers Edge golfcourse (aside from being riverfront...), a pro-shop with cart rentals and bar / restaraunt are within walking distance. We are also next-door to Needles Marina campground, if you have extra guests with RV's they can stay there and are a golfcart ride away, or also 5 minute's walking distance.

You can also offroad to Pirates cove and surrounding desert trails right from the driveway.
