I want to strap a spare axle and tie rods to my roof rack. Does anyone make or anyone found anything better then large zip ties that do the job better??

You can mount a tube on the car to carry the spare axle and tie rods. The spare axle should have greased cv's covered with a bag zip tied on both ends.

Get some PVC or ABS same size as the CV’s wrap ends with plastic to keep dust out and the hose clamp the tube to the car. Make sure you have a screw cap on one end to get axle out. Can fit it under seats or on a frame bar, roof top....
