the rhino I bought has HID headlights. I know jack about them. I noticed they were bluish when they turned on. then one flickered out. I shut them off and turned them back on and the other side did the exact same thing. so I turned them off and on again and the both kind of stayed on and then seemed to brighten up and turn whiter the longer they stayed on. is all this normal???? do they need to warm up?? also I noticed that they only work on the highbeam . lowbeam I got nothing. could this just be a wiring issue or are they just a light without the dual filament?
I guess it would have helped to get a pic of the ballasts but im not that smart!

Yes, the gas inside the bulb has to stabilize (heat up) to provide max output and the correct color temp.

Sounds like you've got a single beam deal. You would need a second bulb for a low beam. Or upgrade to a dual beam setup. HID has its place (maybe long distance throw) but the LED's are quickly replacing HID.
