I,m making jerky this weekend. I've been threatening to do it for awhile and the wife found a three pound eye of round in the chest freezer so its on. Found a recipe for hot online and gonna try it in the dehydrator. Any tips or hints? How about which way to slice the meat with or against the grain? With it is more chewy against they say it falls apart?[emoji243]
