This is the first 2130 SST to come from the factory with a Big Block and a Bravo 3. In the 90's I worked at a Chaparral dealership as a boat tester and helped my Dad order this from the factory. After they got a chance driving it, the dealership ordered 20 more and sold them almost immediately. Most 2130s you find for sale have a small block and are very under powered. With the Big Block it cruises effortlessly with a full load and with the Bravo 3 the hole-shot is amazing. My Dad was an aerospace engineer so there maintenance has always been done on time or early. After he passed my brother got the boat and he is as fanatical about maintenance as our Dad. This has the true extended V-plane hull which allows for low speed, on plane toy pulling. In the late 90's the extended v-plane was shortened by 9 inches because they kept cracking molds at the factory and the driveability suffered. This boat drives and feels like a 23 footer and is rock solid. My parents used to boat camp on Powell with it and explored every inch of the lake from top to bottom and the boat always preformed flawlessly. The boat did not come with an hour meter so my Dad added one when it had about 40 hours. Total hours are about 340.

It comes with all accessories pictured so you won't have to buy a thing to begin having fun! It has a storage cover, towing covers and full canvas that encloses the boat completely when it rains.

Specs:
330HP 454 with a Bravo 3 (Bravo 1 boats came with a flat intake manifold and was rated at 300, the Bravo 3 got a hi-rise dual plane manifold and was rated at 330)

It came with 28s but when we boat at Powell, it couldn't pull it so we got the 26s. At Havasu, it gets on the rev limiter quickly with the 26s. A friend of mine who works for Merc Marine made a suggestion that actually works very well. We put the 26 in front and the 28 behind it and it works great at both lakes. Hole shot of a 26 with the big end of the 28.
