But the end results are awesome
Soon my Engine will be back from the machine shop. Now I got some time to really get into the polishing mode. No where as clean as Outlaws. That guy has arms like Popeye the Sailor. I'm just getting started. My valve covers are beat up pretty good form the stainless steel hoses that bounce on top of them. But they still came out nice.
I found out there are many and I mean many products out there that can make it easier on ones body. But like always I chose the hard road. Mothers Billet Polish with the cone and small foam ball. I have a polishing wheel but that dam blower weighs a ton after a few minutes in my arms.
I got a free bottle of Mothers California chrome polish that seams to work well as a last step for the aluminum. I'm not promoting this stuff as I know there are better much more labor-less intensive products out there. Im just stubborn as fug and like to complain about polishing :skull
Now I need to pick up another dremmel to get into the inner crevasses.
Never cover your boat with plastic and seal it good with out a humidifier. :skull That white crap that develops on the aluminum is a cancer!
Just realized I didnt take any before pics.
