Schiada 20 Outboard Hull

I have way too many projects and lost interest. I removed the interior and carpet. The floor looks good and is firm. It has twin 24 gallon Imco tanks. The seat frame wood is usable, a little dry but no rot and will fit right back into place after it is reupholstered. No power head or mid section are currently mounted. Its has fixed cav plates The cable helm is pretty much trash too. Trailer needs tires and lights, which i can take care of at the buyers expense.

I also have a Johnson 235hp 20" Mid and lower, TH Marine 10" manual jack plate, and a Mercury xr4 25" mid and lower available separately.
