How long does a 27#'r take to cook?
Asking for a friend!

Last year I had 23 lb and it cooked fast. Like under 3 hrs at 350 uncovered. So thinking 3-3.5. I also brine and brining cooks faster. I also have a temp gauge in side the thigh and really go by that and pull it at 155 ish. It always raises 10 degrees or so. Poultry is around 165-175 and varies everytime you looked it up on the computer. I also checked with another temp gauge just to be sure.
