My delta brothers came up to town yesterday.... generous guys they are, they donated stuff to the fire victims. After that, we took a boat ride into the burn area.
We cruised at 45 mph because it was a crisp winter day. The land is healing quickly...too bad Paradise is recovering very slowly.
When we got back to the ranch, I put the delta boys on my new 700 quads...with no helmets. Do you think that slowed them down?? If you did, you don’t know B nig and Rob. Sideways and pinned, they might have set some sort of track record.

Not my boat, it's at the marina I frequent. The whole "sailboat" thing for me started a few months ago when there was a thread in the lounge about people that cut cable tv and stream now - what Youtube channels they subscribe to. The name "Delos" came up a few times so I checked it out. I've had sailing on my brain since. Taking lesson now. Still keeping my Coug though

Rev, thanks for an awesome cruise. It was really cool to see the bald eagle & all the deer on the hillside. Your new quads rip!!!!! Cant wait to do that again.
Launching our tank in a few min, headed to Discovery Bay from Benicia for the lighted boat parade & spend the night at friends house, then back home tomorrow.

All I saw was an open bar....never saw any boat parade lights. Im still not even sure what happened...I did wake up on my office floor sometime around 3am. Good times!

Last I remember all of our wives were dancing & we were making certain there were no booze bottles unturned. We left Discovery Bay lighthouse about noon ish on Sunday & didnt go under 80mph once until we got home to Benicia. Great weekend

I am beyond proud of my awesome wife. For the 1st time, she drove & throttled our 308 Skater from Benicia to Rusty Porthole on Bethel Island on Saturday. She also docked it perfectly. She ran 50-65mph thru 2-3' chop then 93+ mph thru 1' chop and loved it. I sat in passenger with a huge shiteatin grin. Fantastic weekend

You are right Kev, they throw monstrous waves & rollers behind them. 1 of the deckhands told me they are twin 3000hp diesel jets. They jump on plane with several hundred people on board.

Gary at Tru-Pitch worked his magic on my banged up lower...zero trace of any damage. No welding was required, just a craftsman with a leather mallet! Also took out a small nick on the leading edge of one of my Max5 prop blades. Im starting to have withdrawls...must put back together and go for a nice winter rip.
