Water temp

what does everyone run water temp at on blown BBC applications

I have a blown 502 runs 110 all day

My buddy has a blown 565 runs 110 all day

Getting milk shake up top with whip cream from condensation!!

A friend told me u want blown apps to run cold to help with detetnation??

not an expert but oil needs to be hotter than that to boil off the moisture.

Mine runs 90 to 95 water temp; the oil is thermostatically controlled at 210 or so. Zero milkshake.
