I have weld wheels on a 1980 K-5. Wheels are 8 lug and have an insert that helps center the stud that goes into the wheel and has a concave side that lets the convex lugnut keep the wheel centered. Rather than have inserts and a lug nut you guys have any other suggestions? I am missing a few of the insert deals and not sure where to buy them. Any ideas where to buy them if I have to stay on that path?

Thanks.

Weld makes a lug nut for their rims with a threaded shank/sleeve for that application , don't know where you could buy them locally though

Going to O'Reilly in La Crescenta as we speak . I'll see if they have them.

I had them on my old mustang...
