Hello,
What kinda TLC is needed. You mentioned soft floors. What else is needed/is wrong on it. The pics may be deceiving but it looks really clean.

Thanks for the interest -
1. The section of floor is 'soft' between the two front bucket seats
2. The two front fresh water cooling hoses should be replaced - no cracks - but stiff
3. The anodizing on: switch panel, both engine hatch hinges are peeling
4. One rear seat cushion seam is coming undone - no tears just the 3" seam on the inside edge
5. Front passenger seat base (*1/4" base wood) needs to be re-glassed
6. No stress cracks or blisters on gelcoat
7. Some oxidation on blue's on the front deck and on starboard side stripe
8. Bravo one outdrive has some 'play' but not extreme - 1/4" left/right swing from dead center
9. I replaced the impeller and housing
10. New tires all around
11. No spare tire
12. Trailer bunks ok but I'd replace

It's not perfect, but with a little TLC this 20 year old boat would be an $15 - $18K boat all day
