PARTICIPANT INFORMATION Part of the 26th Annual Lake Havasu Boat ShowLake Havasu State Park, Windsor 3 & 4 - April 7-9, 2017 Thank you for registering to participate in the 2017 "Havasu's Coolest Boat Contest.". The event will be held at Windsor Lot 3, on the asphalt, special event area of Lake Havasu State Park. This is a three-day event, however, you may participate for just one, two or all three days - it?s your choice. The longer your boat is on display, however, your chances of winning the title of "Havasu's Coolest Boat" improve. The winners will be decided by total number of votes received from people attending the Boat Show. 24/7 Boat Show security (provided by Mohave Security) will be present starting Thursday, April 6 at 6:00pm until Monday, April 10 at noon.

MOVE-IN HOURS: If you plan to display starting on Friday, April 7 please arrive at the State Park between the hours of 8:00am and 11:30am (the Boat Show opens to the public at noon on Friday). If you plan to arrive on Saturday, April 8, please do so between the hours of 7:30 am and 8:45 am (the Boat Show opens to the public at 9:00am - the same is true for Sunday)

WHERE TO GO: Your best and least congested option for entering the State Park (at 699 London Bridge Road) is through the normal Park entrance at the corner of Industrial Blvd. and London Bridge Road. Proceed to the Ranger Office (pay window) and let them know you are part of the Boat Show. (no fee is charged). You will be directed straight ahead to the RV Campground road that leads directly into Windsor Lot 3 where the new launch ramp is located. There will be a Boat Show staff person present to direct you to your display space when you enter Lot 3. You will also be given a participant packet (includes Boat Show passes and a Boat Identification Plaque with zip ties that must be attached to the trailer tongue, bow eye, steering wheel, etc.) so show visitors will know which boat to vote for.

MOVE-OUT: Boats on display may be removed at any time during the Boat Show if needed (use the RV Campground road exit). General Boat Show move-out begins at 3:00pm on Sunday, April 9. All boats must be removed from Windsor Lot 3 no later than noon on Monday, April 10. Ice chests are allowed, however no outside alcoholic beverages please. There are food courts and beer gardens on-site. Dogs are okay on leash. ?Havasu?s Coolest Boat Contest? participants have full access (no charge) to all Boat Show exhibits, vendors and special attractions. THERE IS A HAVASU BOAT SHOW BLOCK PARTY PRESENTED BY MURPHY BROADCASTING ON SATURDAY EVENING, APRIL 8, FROM 5PM TO 10PM AT FUGS PUB, AT THE CORNER OF MCCULLOCH BLVD. AND SCOTT DRIVE. LIVE MUSIC, FOOD, BEVERAGES, HOT WHEELS RACING AND A DRAWING FOR A SPA. ALL ARE INVITED! Trophies, awards and prizes scheduled for approximately 1:30pm on Sunday.
