Well guys I'm running a little behind on the article front, but for good reasons. We are getting close to having our third (and still unnamed) child! On top of that I shifted a lot of my work focus onto this new product idea I have for boats, and I am happy to report the first prototype is installed on my own boat and worked exactly as I hoped it would! There will be a lot more on that in a short while when I get a few more ducks in a row. I am meeting with Roy from Get Real Performance this Friday to talk about doing some short runs and seeing how they sell.

So now for this weeks news on RDP! We will be closing out Desert Storm and "unsticky'ing" all the pic threads at the top and putting them in their appropriate photographer sections at the end of this week.

I would like to personally thank all of the photographers that came out and covered the event for us, and as usual put up some amazing photo's for everyone's enjoyment.

I would also like to send a special thanks to Carter for whipping out the videos in an incredibly short lead time, which ended up entertaining a lot of the inmates that weren't able to attend the event.

In other news I was extremely happy with how our Memorial day "Swag Contest" went! It was extremely cool to see all the pics of everyone's Holiday weekend, and how they spent it with their friends and family. I'd like to say congrats to Mays351 (new member) for winning the contest with a late entry that ended up having the goods to barely overcome what was the early on crowd favorite thread from Not Important. Mays351 ended up winning 100.00 worth of RDP SWAG, and because Not Important threw down such an awesome thread we ended up awarding him 60.00 in SWAG for second place. I look forward to seeing more pics from all the members of their routine weekends as we are now going into summer! Those trip pics and sharing the good times is in an essence what RDP is all about!! (Well that, the sense of community, tech help, custom projects, current events, and some well placed hotties for seasoning.)

So now for our new Sponsor Appreciation!! I'm happy to report we picked up two new site advertisers this week!

First and Foremost is my good Friend Tim's company SpeedStrap! Speedstrap is a company that specializes in "Premium Cargo Restraint." What that means in English is they make high end Tie Downs, and other product solutions for your toys!

I don't know how many of you guys are "tie down junkies" but I actually have an entire cabinet dedicated to them in my garage. You can never have enough tie downs. Well Tim flat ruined me, because after seeing these bad boys. I am going to be changing out my entire collection.

These things take a rather tedious but necesarry function, and turn it into a pleasurable experience with style.

I know what you are thinking, "What could you really do with a tie down?" Well the answer is simple, you can add "D-Rings" / "Floating D Rings" / "Abbrasion Pads" / "Rubber Coated Hooks and Handles" and the list goes on from there. Tim has gone as far as making UTV Specific Tie Down solutions that are very cool!

We will have some quick introductory videos that I will make right here at RDP headquarters to show some of the features, but I look forward to making some real deal videos with some high end toys out in the Desert here pretty quick. (Banners Under Development)

The second new site sponsor is Ducky Products!

You think you know Ducky? You don't know Duck all! If you are like me you instantly associate Ducky with the original water spot remover. Ducky has expanded their product lines to all kinds of cool things that you don't know about? How about a aerosol rubber coating for Electrical components that is Mercury approved?

Did you know they are an OEM supplier of waxes and polishes to several boat manufacturers? The polishes are used on every single new Nordic boat made! They recently came out with a spray cleaner that was designed specifically for wrapped boats! To keep the list going they also make "Moto" specific cleaners for offroad, and a new "matte" cleaner for when you need to clean something that has a flat finish that you don't want glossy! We are going to explore quite a few of these new products, as well as talk about their traditional spray cleaners, and new spray waxes in the coming months.

And of course the original Water Spot remover since 1989!

That about wraps up this weeks Newsday Tuesday, except on a Thursday because we missed Tuesday. I hope everyone has a great weekend at the Parker Tube Float! If you find yourself more north this saturday then make sure to check out the extreme machines show up at the AVI featuring "Mini Boat Madness."
