I took those photos of Lotta Green at Needles Marina Park in 2009. Wayne had just bought the boat to restore but he sold it to Connor Burkenheger. They were going to put Billy's Boss9 in it, but that was years ago and I don't know what came of it. Call Billy B. is my suggestion.
Hi Brent
Gonna be selling my 24 Spectra soon and thought I would ask if you might know someone looking . I have a twin BBC twin vdrive 24’ . I talked with you about it several years ago.
Hey bigbore500r you spoke with my dad about a parts list to swap in a LS Configuration into my 98 tacoma v6. Could you help me figure out all the parts list I would need for a LS1/T56 setup?
Hey man how’s it going? Saw a post where you said you installed the new kicker kmxl speakers. Could I pick your brain about them. I’m in the process of redoing my boat audio.

just something that can be heard from a. Good ways away and that I can hear over the engines. I have a jet boat with dual rotation engine and they are pretty loud. I know Rockford is pretty loud from I’ve been told. But I’m like you I want to do it right. And I know the kmxl are fairly recent so not a lot of people have them that I know.

I like that the are horn speakers that’s what called my attention. And those 11 inch tower speakers seem like they are pretty badass. Have you been able to hear the Rockford 10 inch horn loaded tower speakers?

I have not heard the Rockford tower speakers. The reality is, they are both going to be good speakers without a doubt. I would not hesitate to run the Kickers again though. I am very happy with them.

You can see my layout in my build thread.

Question about replacing the teak on your 270. First how thick is the sheet, How many screws and size and what else should I lookout for or need for the job. I just got a 96 270 and it needs some love on the floors. Thanks in advance...
I've been looking at your boat for months. Ive always been a outboard guy but I'am looking at E Tickets too. I'am the old fart in your post that has a hard time getting up out of the seat in a 22 stoker. Still like to go fast but cant take the Havasui pounding. Is there a ski pylon and how does it pull towables ? MPH ? If you have interior pictures please text to 213 713 1907. Thanks Tom
I know this is an old post, but I noticed that your turbulator plates on the header manifold is on upside down in the photo where you are talking about the Trick Flow heads and Chevy bolt pattern.

Hope your project came out as desired.

How is the gimbal on this transom plate? I really only need the gimbal but spare parts don't hurt.

Is it compatible with std bravo 1?

This is an HP transom assy. No senders with hinge pin slugs. Great shape no corrosion.
After almost a year of BS and health issues... I went for a boat ride. Runs awesome, 1967 YF block 389 has no retro crap... just a nice combination of
HP parts from the day. Boat performed well... GPS showed 62 mph... not WOT, with a different prop it would do better. Hard to find 'original build' boats...
this one is a real blast from the past.
Good afternoon Spectrabrent, do you have digital copies of any of the old Spectra adds? We just purchased a 1973 18' and would love to print out some of these to post on the walls in the garage.
hi man i am plan to rent a paint booth i see u post say i can sign up colloge class to use their paint booth, which colloge did u sign up the class

can i finish my paint and drop the class
ltbaney1
ltbaney1
thats a question for the instructor, i had one tell me no. he needed me to stay enrolled so the class had enough people to run, didnt care if i showed up or not, but i had to agree to not drop.
Todd Mohr, you literally just saved my rearend. I was in the middle of dealing with what I would call an “Indian” speaking guy by the name of Andrew at Dave’s Muscle cars about a 68 Camaro when my gut told me to keep digging to validate who I was dealing with. My wife came across your post and validated it’s all BS. Thank you for sharing.

Hey Bigbore500r, just read a thread you posted a while back on the Chevy 5.3 I’m new to the thread and have questions for you if you don’t mind.
Hey did you ever find that part for your toy hauler. Filler tube cover for the fuel line?
Hey Willie! I just stumbled on your thread about Johnny’s passing. Still can’t believe he's gone! I remember when we lived next to you in La Tuna Canyon and that awesome great dane! Wanted to say hi. I think I saw a post from Sonny too, and I’ve been wanting to find him. I dreamt about Johnny last night which made we want to look around for his friends and family again.
Hey man. I’m looking for replacement parts for my 2015 cushman hauler 4x4. Where did you source all your parts?

That is a very old picture. Back in my pic-a-nic basket obsession days. Status I will assume refers to Boat or no Boat. So yes, I have 24' Cortez Daycruizer'

Hi, not sure if I'm sending this as a PM but I'm kind of new on RDP. Do you still have the engine cover for sale?
I recognize your Handle, PONCHO. I am curious, are you the one who got cavitation help for George Shilala (sorry he passed, he helped me a lot) I am thinking the boat in question was Black. I am wanting to extend the rearward reach of the top hardware. Any chance you could e-mail me @ [email protected]
Thanks for any consideration,
Fred

Let me see what I can find on my laptop to better describe what George thought needed changing. My case was getting stronger components mostly, my cav gear was mostly original 1963 and I was breaking stuff and George was worried I was going to get hurt.
GN7 was great, I grew up with plenty of guy's like him so he never rubbed me wrong, just straight forward.

Hey there. When I first read your post about the vax I thought YOU had spoken with Malone and Bridle. You may want to clarify. I was like "wow! We have someone on this board that shares texts with Dr. Malone? Cool!" Then I saw the post on X. Just a suggestion. :)

Maybe add a couple of lines between your words and the part you copied and pasted, then type something like “taken from (insert website or author)”:

Thanks for the words on the coach. It's all fixable, just an inconvenience. We are just grateful there wasn't a kid on a bike when the guy decided to back up without looking.
I think you ride dirt bikes, let me know if you’d like to join a couple RDP guys. We usually ride Santa Clarita local single track or Bean Canyon.
I'm helping liquidate a friends toys and will have a 2005 discovery available, 60,000 miles, one owner. will have more detail in a couple of weeks. I drove it back from Gunnison Co. a month ago. If I needed it, I'd buy it. I'd put it an 8.5. think shes talking 48,000 or so. let me know, John
Hi there, I had a question about the world record ski tow you posted a photo of a few years ago. Would be great to hear back from you! Kind regards, Sharnie

I was trying to work out if they're referring to what you posted about? If so, I was hoping to get some further details and seek permission to use the photos crediting you if they're your photos?
S

They first started trying to break the record in 1983 and the show aired from 1980-1984 so I would've thought what they're referring to would have happened in the early 1980s.

Yes, I believe you're right... I thought it was in the very late 70s

I remember when the Ausies broke the record.. they slaughtered our 51...lol

I got the photos from Dan Munson who put it on.... we were able to purchase pics from a variety of shots taken at the event....

If you want to talk feel free to call me

Hi Dave,
I have been researching flip out type windows and came across your thread. I am wanting to install two in my garage bar area. Like others on here, am wanting to not go completely insane on the budget and was hoping you could offer some help. 71.5w x 32.78h and 67.75w x 31.75h. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Best,
Aaron
