Still working in the dash. Adding horn button, connecting instrument cluster and replacing steering wheel

I don't know much about this off road stuff but that is the baddest RZR I have ever seen, great job with the upgrades. Curious though, seems like a lot of time and money just to drive 1/2 mile off into the dirt to stop and drink a 12 pack? ;)

That turned out great!! Have you looked into the turbo set up yet? If not try to get a ride in one. They make an incredible difference in performance.

Will be looking at some options at the super sand show. You are spending my lunch money faster than I can save it.

Ya man I know the feeling. Talk to the guys at the pro shop. John is a good guy to deal with. They will be at the sand show in sept.

The new tires and wheels have officially been called a perfect match! Providing even greater performance for the xp41k.

Had to leave Thursday nite, got called and forced at work. Bummed I missed it! I was planning on putting RZR in the show and shine contest.

The new rugged intercom and radio worked great. Installed the helmet kits for glamis and will use the headsets back in havasu. Liked them so much that I am going to put an intercom unit in the boat too so we can use the headsets while running the lake. Provided great hearing protection along with communications and music.

Interested in how they work. Looked at Rugged as well as PCI... I have heard good and bad with each brand.

I have the rugged system and can't say enough good things about them. If you can spend a little extra get the good headsets. They are much more comfortable. It makes for an entirely different experience while your out riding and talking to everyone in the car and even better when your buddies have them also and you can communicate back and forth.

I got the rugged 660 intercom kit, it will allow up to 4 headsets. I only have set up with two. The voice activation (vox) was sensitive at higher speeds, we just turned the dial or covered the mike a bit with palm of hand.
I picked it up at camp rzr for $440, the kit came with the 2 helmet kits and some other cables including push to talk feature(PTT).

The car to car radio is the rugged vx2200 50w. I picked it up also on sale at camp rzr for $400 and purchased the headsets separately, I think the ones I got are the H22, about $125 each.

Did the helix, no belt issues, probably because I carry a spare. If I leave the spare behind I will break one for sure :)

Great stuff Throttle. PCI is our very own Weatherman in Parker. He and his family are great people. He's the racers friend, especially the Baja 1000 and many others. :)
