How about an LT80?
I have one that needs some work,a battery and a new air filter will get it running as it's sat in the garage for years.
Rear plastics are cracked and need replacing.The gas tank was replaced in 07ish and not been used much since.DG pipe.
It isn't pretty but could make a neat father/son project.
