I'm not much into most of the Cadillac's...but this one is interesting. I consider most of them rolling caskets as a huge percentage of the owners are almost dead. Ballpark estimated base price is @$75k which in real terms is most likely $100k.

In high school I had this exact same car.... though mine had a motor and was totally dialed in.... I'm always on the lookout to replace it. This is one of the cheapest ones at $20k...as is. I sold mine for $1800 in 84.... wtfe.

My dad has a 71 LeMans coupe that he has been overly restoring for the past 15 years, its ridiculously nice and literally is 98% done, just refuses to finish it for some reason. Red, modern GTO seats, quite the sharp looker even if it isn't fast enough for my taste

We considered Caddys,, but their resale is worse than BMW and that's really bad.
NBA great John Sally paid $110.000 k for his bimmer and barely worth $10K in just a few years.
That's a beating.

Mercedes is the same. S55 AMG is north of 110. You can get them for nothing now.

Had an s500. Liked the car but did take a bit of a beating on it. I bought it right and still took a large hit

An area that has fascinated me since I was a little kid. The Florida stilt houses uninsurable and basically in buyable. There's only a few left still privately owned. Most were taken out over the years buy various hurricanes.

Now that's cool. I did an old western town for one of my clients at the end was an little attached outhouse. If you pulled the "Flush Rope" the entire back wall swung out to reveal a huge modern bathroom. But the vending machine is slick!! Thanks for posting.
