Thanks for sending it to me...:thumbsup

Last summer I saw a Whaler at a Service Shop on Kiowa, just up from Advantage (don't remember the name right now...)...never did stop to take some closeups...:grumble: Dead ringer for the one in the flyer...

Sold it through a broker in 2000, never met the guy who bought it. Saw it on the water several times, always moving, so the new owners have been using it. Hopefully I'll be able to wave them down and talk to them.
Would love to find my dads old bubble deck as well...

That whaler is awesome!

What's the bottom like? The Campbell Whaler was a shallow V (which I dig). I'd buy one of those before I got a deck boat or a pontoon any day.

Here's an old ad. My grandpa, John Spyksma's boat was in it.

A few old flyers from the Forums...
Mr. Shueman,
You appear to have extensive knowledge on the older (now vintage like myself) Eliminator line.
I've searched for years to find any information, even a model with no success. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
My wife and I are avid boaters and after years of drag boat racing we decided to enjoy a larger craft with more room and versatility. Five years ago, I picked a 1982 23' Eliminator with 110 hours on her (now 146 hours). She sports the original Mercruiser 330 with a TRS drive I found her in a barn after there was a death in that family. She had been stored for 15+ years. She cleaned up well and everything is exactly how in was originally installed all the way to the original upholstery with the exception of a few upgrades and maintenance items, like the replacement of the stereo, etc.

We really enjoy it but I believe the Smithsonian may want the original mini rack stereo unit...

I've inspected every square inch of the vessel everything is pristine and she looks like it just came out of a time capsule.
Tall to you soon and thank you for your time in this matter.
