I think Got Water does it - I hear they luanch for you and pull you out. They are right near Windsor ramp.

They also have rentals under the bridge but I think those are beaters that are pretty rough.

I used wet monkey they are just up from Windsor. That is how I decided pontoons were to slow for me.

The place in crazy horse they look legit. Fairly well cared for-for rentals that is. They are always in the water at the docks so you pull up unload your shit and shove off.
