2017 Desert Storm "Members Pics!"

It's wednesday morning and Desert Storm is getting ready to start!

Looking forward to seeing everyone's pics from the weekend! I have a feeling this is going to be the best DS yet!

Lake is quiet right now but that's all going to change shortly!

Today's project assemble the futons for After Party. (thinking about taking them down to the street fair as well)

Sticker making station (thx fishing fool for helping me out with this today!

Jayboat is here and is setting up some kind of art gallery that will be on display at the LakeRacer tent

using the deck of my boat to straighten out the prints

I have been reading about the event for years, This will be my first time attending and am really looking forward to it. Its been fun watching the boats roll into town. The pup and I walk the channel every night and last night was more crowded than monday, tonight should be better yet. I need to get a big camera as there has been some bitchen shots that I cant pull off with a phone.

I think we need a new RDP bat signal sticker.

Maybe just rdp with riverdavesplace.com underneath.

Mikes car will be in the Safecraft booth along with his dads eliminator. Im headed down about noon to hand out flyers in their booth, let folks know we are in town and drink beer. Nothing SXS Official but we will be there.

It will have to be after DS for the storefront, we just have too much going on right now to even open that can of worms.. We will have them in the booth though for people to buy in person.

Thanks RD. I wasn't expecting them now, just a request; you've got more than enough going on. We won't be able to make DS unfortunately. Will check in on updates the rest of the week thru the weekend on rdp. Thanks for all you do!

Don't think it's Silver Lining, unless they re-did the deck graphics.

Although truck and trailer appear to be the same, there are new DCB graphics on the truck, and subtle differences in the trailer.

Silver Lining was sold to Horizon Motorsports and then to the guy who owns it now. His buddy owns the electrical company I use all the time at work. The guy that owns the elctrical company showed me a video of the owners garage with the M41 having just gotten new graphics pulling in for the first time. Owner lives in Scottsdale which is where he keeps the boat now at his house in his bad ass garage.

I've never been a fan of the lowered truck idea, but that truck and boat combo look sick! I look forward to checking it out at the street party.
