Course is, it’s one of the only parts of LHC with no power lines & natural gas.

I think most the city has pole utilities, if you notice almost every yard's view of the lake is obscured by wires in most neighborhoods.
Correct. Most of this city is. But to state it's the only one area that offers both is not true.

Not sure you caught the “one of the only” meaning their is other areas but it is rare.

Yes, This is my home...and no... it was never a rental, and I never even entertained the idea...there is a lot I can add to the description that's not mentioned...but I wanna make sure it's cool to do so..Team RDP is doing a great job for me..pictures are awesome...but like I said there is a lot more I can add to the description

well, here goes...every square inch of the floors is new... tile throughout with new just installed carpet in the bed rooms... might have used the house 2 times on the new carpet...every square inch of the roof is new... there is added 18'' of blown in insulation in the attic... house says cool and cheep power bills...there is yards and yards of new concrete... that and it has a new 42' awning over the patio... also there is a built in BB/q on the patio... big lake view from the side patio...also comes with a brand new spa..also lake view sitting in the spa...the patio is gated and rabbit proofed...split faced colored walls and retaining walls were added..there is a concrete boat wash area....where you can actually park to big boats , hook'd to trucks...side by side...the garage has 400 amp power, and the power from the garage to the house is under ground... it goes to the corner.. then to the house for the ability to add a pool..nice lake view from the kitchen sink..kitchen was gutted and a new cabinet layout.room for 8 barstools,,..new granite, sink, stove, refrigerator and micro wave..this home is available turn key, bring your clothes and move in...

I must have got lucky I have natural gas and no utilities above ground at my Havasu house.

we are natural gas and city sewer.. but over head power lines....
prices are crazy right now.. we bought just over a year and got it refinanced with lower rate....
appraisal came 18k more then we paid..

Awesome BUT not a real fan of the kitchen cabinets I would totally rock it if I was moving to Havasu!!
