Be careful I got same smoker for Father’s Day. Used it maybe 5 or6 times. The last time it cought on fire on my porch.fire started at heating element.

Start wrapping the loin with bacon and insert the jalapeno under the bacon and around the loin and just keep going down the length of the loin
Easier if you have 3 hands lol
Nice thing is when you cut the loin you get smaller pieces of jalapeno instead of one long piece
