Another Christmas prime rib.

Dad nails it every time.

Million dollar question. How do you reheat it without ruining it?

Pretty much impossible. We do the rare/middle pieces in beef stock on low simmer. Most of it will be Philly cheesesteaks this week.

I have heated it in broth before, and it is probably the best way heat it up. I usually just put in in the microwave for about a 50-60 seconds to break the chill a little and eat it lukewarm.

I have pan fried the leftovers in butter and it turned out fantastic, but forget the medium rare look.

Did that for lunch today. I agree, good to take it to luke warm. Just finished making dinner. 2nd best way to eat prime rib

I bought bell peppers, onions and cheese, but forgot the rolls. Dammit, looks like this will be tomorrow's dinner.
