Good looking bubble deck. Flats aren’t for everyone so the market is very small. If it’s solid and floors and stringers aren’t bad I would say 10-12k

Bagged has it right very small market for flats and hydros. You have the Harley Davidson effect where the demographics are outa wack. The customer base is now too old or younger folks that are interested have no cash.
Be prepare to sit on it for a while anything over 10k.
As an example,

gave 10k for this one a year ago to compare ...Also all oringinal and not one scratch...as the day it was built.
