Had these built by Sal, he and his family have been in the marine upholstery biz for a long time, very nice work. Let me know if you would like his contact info?

What did he charge you to do your boat? I am thinking about having mine done.

Does anyone know someone that wraps glass seats? I could pull some from the molds if I had someone that know how to do it well. The back plate is cheating in my mind. skater does it well in my option.

It ranges so much based upon what your interior guy is going to do. Grades of Vinyl, New Wood & Glass, Molding Foam, Progressive Foam Lay up, Alcantera (probably spelled wrong...), etc.. Full Deck Boat Interior can start at 6Kish and go beyond 15K, re-wrap with basic vinyl obviously would be south of this.

Did I dance around that good enough:D:D:D:D

What is the name of that blackish material on the seat face?

I've seen it, but its name has escaped me for a while. I am going to do the interior on my boat this winter and I need to know what it's called.

Indeed... it is expensive. $150 /sq yd.

I have a Pfaff 1245 sewing machine and have been sewing vinyl and other upholstery for a while, but never worked with Alcantera. Guess I'll order a yard or two and find out.

Would love to see before and after pics.

If you have the gear, ability, and time it doesn't get more rewarding to get after it and do it yourself. The material is amazing, super soft and cool under heat.

Sal did my Howard and it ran about 7500 for everything. I had new front seats built and slightly modified and everything else recovered with new foam. He does great work and currently does all of Howards interior and maybe a few other manufacturers. You can see the results on my build thread here.
