This is going to be one hell of a river rocket.

Is this going to have the traditional plastic windshield or will it be fiberglass...
Will it be a wood stringer boat ...

Says 400. Extra money and limited availability on the 450R makes the 400 a no brainer.
i’m pretty sure this customer isn’t really concerned with the extra cost of a 450. you should see his center console boat with triple 400s on it.

Curious as to how they will layout the interior.

You sure? They built a few 27's, and a 30. Never have seen a 24.

Red and white. Runs up by needles.

Usually has Bimini up with American flags. Haven’t seen it in 8-10 years.

Has alien cowls

Curious where this falls in the pricing spectrum, I spoke to thane at the LA show about doing a 22 Nordic with a whacker on it. Im thinking a newer OB with outboard would fit the bill for my growing family

I have always thought the 22" Sprint would be a great boat with the right OB Power. Before Randy bought Hallet I would have gone with the 22" over the 210 only because the 22 was already composite and it has a little more freeboard in the bow than the 210. Now that they have the molds I am sure all the same changes would have been made to the 210's construction. I was raised in 210's. My dad had 3 of them. Nothing else rides like them and its such a timeless hull design this build is making me itch to get one myself. Just got to finish up a way to over priced home and a bunch of other things first!

If im not mistaken, you also had a 21 nordic cyclone with a 3.2 on it a few years ago right?

Yes... Amazing boat. Was perfect for Casual racing, and had a removable back seat and ski locker for play time. Sold it to another member on here who re gelled it to all white and changed the trim tabs.

It was a great boat, but once we got out of racing we wanted something with more space. My father got a 25 Nordic Open Bow we use up on the Delta. Like I said, until my house get's finished boats on a back burner.

Damn! Looks great. That Hallett 210 logo looks like a bitch to align. Looks off, but it doesnt. Tough angles.

Going to stop by today sometime. Would like to see what pricing on a 210 with 300r would be.

Open bow 210 would be a great lower river boat. Way more room and freeboard than you would imagine.

True. But I just had lunch with Joe and he wanted easy on-off from beach for the army of kids he has.

IMO, he has no idea what he wants and will be boatless for years!

No perfect boat....lol

23 deck would be cool as well but I'm not sure I would love my kids up front they are a little shallow in the seating area to be running at semi high speeds.

Joes looking for a deal:D

Did this one ever get finished?
Assuming they are waiting for the motor to come in. Only has been 30 days since they announced the customer changed plans to go with a 450. 300r is 8-12 months out. Not sure what the turn time on a 450 is.

300R is 8-12 months out for repower shops, I don’t believe that’s the case for nfg’s.

It is the case for MFG. Even longer for the 300 ProXS. Every builder I talked to said the same thing. Only reason Shockwave was going to get one delivered earlier is if it was a boat show boat.

Sounds like you should just buy my boat. It has 2 300XS, and has no wait time!

Merc still doing production runs of each outboard? They used to build only one model at at time and cycle through all the models annually. Example; 300R built February and March. Once sold out they don’t build again until Feb the next year
