I've been going to the first Rock & Brews since it opened in El Segundo years back.

My cousin Anthony started there since the beginning. He has done a great job, worked is way up and opening his first as a part owner! This will be a bad ass spot!

I’ve been to the airport, El Segundo and Albq and Rancho locations. Rancho service sucked a bit except for the last trip there. Love the little atmosphere, trip tip sammich and ice cold beers. I’ll refinery give the Tustin location a shot. Congrats to them.

I drive from Tustin to the Rock & Brews in Corona because the place is amazing and has Belching Bever Honey on tap. As much as I miss Lonestar Steak House having a Rock & Brews replace it is awsome. If you need a quality control inspector or secrete shopper/drinker let me know.

We go to Buena Park one often on fridays for happy hour they've been making minor changes over the past year guess it went back to corporate

It's ten minutes away and food is pretty good but we get out cheap on happy hr is best.

As someone who used to own 10 restaurants and over a 1,000 employees in a franchise model. Provide good food and good service the customers will come. Over staff a shit ton the first 6 months if you can float it. You won't make money for the first two years, it can be a great business. But service and amazing service at that. You'll have to pay at least $2-3 over minimum to get decent people, no questions asked.

In the old Lone Star, which used to be, for those who go way, way back, Fiddlers Three. Worked there as a kid. Will have to drop by next time I visit my family.

Been to the Corona location 5 times.

Great atmosphere. Service is OK . Drinks are good. Food is sub par for the price imho.... I have had a couple ok meals and some that flat sucked and had almost zero flavor. (Basically a cool place with TGIFridays or worse food.

Hopefully the Tustin location does good. That shopping center/Location always seems to be doomed and nothing lasts.

Great for them. The restaurant biz is a tough one. But the fact that the owners will be there is such a huge plus to any restaurant, it really makes all the difference. With them well ! Can’t wait for the RDP invite/ meetup

Use to live in El Segundo and been to Rock & Brews countless times. Have no doubt, the food will be great. My only concern would be.... hopefully the place does not become a huge DUI generator for the Tustin PD. Hopefully, everyone will utilize Uber, Lyft, tax or a designated driver. Tustin PD doesn’t screw around. Good luck with new venture.

They are opening back up tonight. I stopped by last night for a friends and family event. The Food and Drinks are delicious!

Did the corporate bankruptcy effect the franchises at all like your cousins? They closed El Segundo (Original) as it was the only Corporate owned store. The article in our local paper said they would be re-structuring the remaining locations.

They were down for about 3 months. El Segundo went BK. Something is in the works though with that deal.

As far as the Tustin R&B, up until a few weeks ago, they were still undecided if it was going to reopen again. Luckily my family and R&B decided to reopen.
