Thanks G, I think I'm near the end of the road...I wanna go place's I've never been.. see what around the corner so to speak, spend time with my family that's spread out in this country...I've never even been to Yellowstone … I'm done with hanging out in 120 degree weather...I have 3 RV's I can pretty much go any where...

I could not agree more, there comes a time in a persons life when they really need to pull back and enjoy what they have achieved. There is so much to see in our great country and so many amazing places that once you see them you wonder why you did not do it sooner. The best part is if you ever miss the desert you can travel there in your RV or even start another project.

the only BPO I got was 569k list, and should sell for 549-569k....kinda hard to get anything in havasu...what do you think,... and like said, available turn key, and seller financing

Ya, so hard to get a good feel on price there but it's a beautiful place with great views, location, etc. I've got a couple friends that have been casually looking so I'm going to shoot them this thread and see what they think.

I Finally got a BPO on this property, they said list it at 569k...and that it's should bring anywhere from 249k to 269k...also it's available turn key...and owc….so with the lake view flat lot with rv garge and parking every where...kinda hard to get comps, or BPO's in havasu….realtors are selling stuff with out doing anything right now...

Well if they think it should bring in anywhere in between 249K to 269K, let's prove them wrong and accept my offer of $270K. I'll sign this weekend.

No monthly fees at storage unit. Just 200.00 per year plus taxes at 380.00 per year
Just remodeled kingsview unit My neighbor has his on the market for 385k
I generate about 18k per year renting it out
