New to me 22 Schiada V Drive

Here it is... 1976 22 Step Deck Schiada V Drive, powered by a blown 468, TH400 trans, Casale. Rigged properly and ready for years of family fun and river running. Bought it on Friday, straight to Fox's and ran it dam to dam without a hitch, even got in on some Helicopter action in the Evening with a 28 Daytona. Boat is running honest 70's with a top speed of 78 on the steel 12/16 prop I acquired from a friend.

The plan is to keep it as OG as possible while still setting it up for functionality and making it clean. Gauges, steering, deck hardware and stereo upgrade to come shortly, as well as interior recover and maybe swap the fronts for buckets.

A real pleasure to hand over a v-drive Schiada to a Schiada v-drive afficiado and a person who appreciates well made boats. Many years of great boating on the horizon.

Saw you guys up at the river in October. I’ve got the 20 Spectra with the same color scheme. I was gonna try and flag you down to take a look at your boat. She’s a real beauty and you should be so happy. I’ve always liked the step deck and was actually looking for one when I found my Spectra. Anyways congrats and hopefully we’ll see you at Fox’s in the summer
