Fellas im having a hard time finding the lights for the look i want.. I like the plan incandesent white/yellow lights on a house.. But the strand only alows 2 sections before it blows a fuse. The led lights you can string a bunch together no problem but just doesnt have that look.. whats every one using to get that plain clean light look?

They have 2 different led lights one is a soft white warm and one is a bright white cold

I like the warm soft white, I run lights around the back yard 12/15 feet up around my queen palm trees I get the lights at Walmart

I only use the original C9 in the clear color for my house for the past 11 years. I get a couple boxes each year from Lowe’s at the beginning of the season. I put 5-6 of them together no issues

I do the same, and some of the areas around my door I would just make a custom strand by throwing a female plug on the end. The best trick I found is putting them in totes and only roll up one strand then lay newspaper over each strand and they don't tangle or get damaged.

I bought some led pre programmed lights from Biglots about 10-12 years ago. Bought all they had at the time (about 9/25 bulb strings) and get a shit load of compliments on them ever year. Frosted plastic bulbs about the size of a goose egg. Some of the led's are starting to go bad so I'll probably go with something else this year.

bought a bunch of these last year. they looked cool on the website but once we put em on the house I hated it.

previous year we had the "icicle string lights" where every 4" or so was a random strand of lights dropped down.

I'll probably be buying regular c9 size bulbs but in a LED this year and be done with it. I like the colorful christmas light big bulb tight to the awning look over the little tiny white lights.
