You must have missed the ‘Riverview in Earp’ post from September. Indians gave them til Feb. to exit but it’s already a ghost town in there.

Rumor has it their septic systems were leaching into the river and water table. EPA was supposed to be coming out to test last month.

When full I think the park was pulling in about $62k/mo.

You would think CRIT could figure out how to fix their Septic System for $62,000 a month, lol.

It was a year around park for old timers and it was really cheap. Feel bad for the old timers who lived there on a budget.

One of my exe's has a riverfront spot there,
Most of the trailers not worth moving.

Sounds to me like build bigger and more expensive things to lease...can't do it when it's leased out. Now they have an excuse.

No thanks on leased land.

The sewer system was pretty bad
I doubt they will rebuild

The water is very shallow for most to want to visit it, not an issue if you’re used to it
