I agree make the drain color work. They will offer to paint. It will not last. Been there. Done that

Was gonna take it to havi to get serviced this weekend but don’t think that’s gonna happen.

Don’t get discouraged. Average pools builds take 8 weeks. Comparing your build to cookie cutter baby pools in Havasu being built by Brian in 4 weeks or so isn’t exactly fair. He’s hungry to build up his name and cut into the business of the builder he used to work for sooooo.

As far as drains. If it was mine I’d leave the tan drains and swap out the skimmer and autofill lids to tan.
White drains and lids will be dirty and a shade of tan within first year anyway. Just my 2 cents.

Not defending your current builder, no idea who he is. But overall looks like it’s turning out good

LoL. Typical Vegas pool is minimum 4 - ⁶ months

Unfortunately I’ve been fighting a cold for a week now. Probably not going to make it boating this weekend.

Finally got plaster today. Question for the pool builders or those who have pools; Are the blotchy handprints and marks as seen in these photos going to go away while brushing for the next month?

Nice pool. Looks like Del Prado neighborhood? We have a house off of Adams.

As some of you know. My family recently relocated from Chino to Boulder City. One of our requirements was a pool. When we didn’t find the perfect home with a pool we decided we were better off building a pool to suit our needs. We met with 5 different pool builders, 2 of which were references from members here, and ultimately signed a contract with Lifeguard pools.
Some of the builders we met with didn’t seem to want the work as the walked in and said a hole would start at 75k.
Lifeguard was right on the budget and able to take our vision and improve on it. Below is the rendering of the backyard View attachment 805293 View attachment 805294 View attachment 805295 View attachment 805296

Pool looks great!

With the boat sitting there I was thinking it'd be cool to have a beach entry right there, you could launch and just enjoy it sitting in the water.

No room for that. All boat storage over there. Will have a fence someday and a full carport cover. One thing at a time though.

and the boats are now fully enclosed. And the enclosure survived the wind storms earlier this week. 50 mph winds.

next on the list will be a fence separating the backyard from the side yard.
