We recently rigged a 26 Howard cat with a new in box Bravo 1 outdrive. We then installed a new Merc prop with a new Merc installation kit and the prop seems to wobble on the shaft.

Any ideas?

Possibly the wrong hub. Post pic of the prop shaft and hub.

I have two of those and they wobble with varying degree. Only a prop pro like BBlades could fix that. These props are cast S/S not CNC'd like some more expensive ones. You can rotate the bronze insert into the hub at four different insertion and see if one of them will result in a somewhat less Wobble. In the meantime, get a dial indicator and check if your prop shaft runs true.
Here' one of the two props I have on the lathe to demonstrate the wobble.

Figured it out. The rubber sleeve wasn't all the way in so the prop wasn't seated all the way. I pressed the rubber sleeve all the way in and it bolts up nicely
