tell them to defy the order. Douche can suck a dick. I’ll come start a chaz there with some belt feds

Well. I went to see Donny as soon as the order was issued Monday. He said he was fine and that he could keep his restaurant open. I guess that changed in the next couple days. I get that he could say fuck you and stay open, but loosing a liquor license would be devastating. At the end of the day, Donny, and all the employees making a living there want to work. This is bullshit.

Oh wow.

Roadrunner posted online their COVID hours and that they will remain open this weekend. That post is now gone. I wonder if they have the same license issue. Was going to stop there for breakfast on the way up tomorrow morning.

Not sure how they could close one and not the other.

The US and Canada have exactly the same problem ....and the solution is simple.
Term Limits.

I am just saying if you fight it you are gonna he into it a ton of legal fees with a stacked deck.. even if you win your out the money.

there should be more accountability towards the government in a situation where it’s the stare vs the citizen.
If you win they should have to pay legal fees and damages

The way I see it, we can “occupy” Fox’s or any other establishment as a CHAZ style takeover.
The precedent has been established.
There is nothing preventing occupiers (us) from making cash contributions to the establishment in exchange for the “supplies” we may or may not consume during our occupation.
I’m just saying, if we happened to find the doors unlocked, and the booze unlocked, and did no damage and left donations to help the business during their forced shut down...how does that implicate the owner?

They tried that with the original illegal desert bar in Havasu heights..

First weekend they got shut down.. second weekend they did cash donations or a buy a cup and the booze is free kinda thing. They came in with helicopters full on military style. Lol.

Liquor License drove closure. AZ tied closure to licenses. Even if you serve food your LL could limit you ability to operate. Feel so bad for these small businesses getting screwed. Yet you can still protest without impacts!

The extreme bad part of this is that the death rate is not climbing. The death rate trajectory is declining as the " virus is spreading" so they say. What the hell is really going on here? Are they really trying to put all businesses out of business? It sure seems like that now! The democrats have been preaching " THE NEW NORMAL" from the get go, the " new normal" is called communism/socialism.
HOW THE HELL DOES THE LIQUOR COMMISSION GET INVOLED WITH THIS? What's next OSHA?

Starting to hit home now that Arizona invoked Socialism. Douchey picked the 4th of July holiday weekend to mandate wearing a mask, closing businesses and holding liquor licenses hostage. However, protest and anti American protest are approved. Don’t be surprised when the lakes and rivers close. You did read Salt River Tubing and water park activities are on the “No Go” list this week right? I sure do miss the good old days of freedom circa 2019. We were warned.

I stated LONG ago, push back all you want with who ever you want then = When you tangle with the Liquor Control, you will understand where Push Back gets you. They can pull that License and put it up for Bid and I promise they are Like Gold and there will be a line, blocks long to buy it.

Why not order ALL Motels/Hotels/BNB on and on closed if they want to cut down on the "BUG" coming from place to place? I agree with the Health Club owner in Phoenix filing a Law Suit today. He wants every business CLOSED and no more Pick and Choose. I agree.
