Same here, not quite doubled but skyrocketed. Anybody in Phoenix sell it?

If you are former or current military, try USAA, they have been great for me.

Just renewed mine as well. They no longer offer a paid in full discount either which saved me about 5k a year 😤. Apparently a group of people got together and deemed it unfair to offer such a discount because it wasn’t fair to the people who couldn’t afford it 🧐only in CA I swear.

Paying for the year saved me a huge amount. Have not got my renewal yet. I go through Allstate.

The way I understood it from my agent is it’s a Cali Law now across the board for all insurance companies. It’s “discrimination” to those that can’t afford it 🤣 such a freaking joke.

I will tell my agent to give me liability only and put the trucks in my workers name. Fuck that 5300 a year paying in full cut it down to 3600.

Just paid for the year a month ago. Went up again $4159 for the year with pay in full discount. My regular insurance on 2 2500s. Went from $1800 to $2100 for 6 months. That is with driving the minimum amount as the 2015 work truck on commercial only has 14k miles. The 2500s are under 10k miles a year

I have a couple of pretty exclusive commercial auto programs if anyone is interested. One of the programs is about 20-30% under the rest of the market right now. Edit - my programs are for fleets of 5 to 250 units. For smaller fleets, Mercury isn't exclusive, but if you have a good driving record, they've been really competitive lately as well.

My "Marine Artisan" policy wad cancelled on me a couple months ago without notice. I struggled finding a replacement but was ultimately able to find one through Travelers after about 10 rejections. Some weird shit too, my policy is based out of WA and underwritten out of NJ with the understanding I work exclusively in TX🤷‍♂️

I see some major shakeups happening with insurance across the board in a scary way right now. Business policies are just the beginning.
