Have no clue..thus the question.
Does a battery or gas powered golf cart have enough power to move a 26 foot cat in and out of the garage?

Flat surface? Yea, although tongue weights an issue. Leave the wheel jack down and drive slow.

It will kill the cart. I used to move my 22' boat with the wheel jack down. No way it would handle my 26'. Friend uses his cart for a single ski and it just cost 700 in damage to cart.

Well it appears it’s a bad idea.
Thanks

I wouldn't. We killed a gas cart trying to use it to tow two Seadoo waverunners around the Springs on a tandem trailer. Wasn't even a boat. Now we don't bother with it and just use a vehicle.

Understood.....Reason I asked, backing through the garage door is a bitch as my dually fenders block the view as I line up straight given a 10’ wide door.
No big deal just I just get out and verify the clearance.

Good thing you added some details to the story or question.

I now see your problem, you need an F150. :)

Just kidding, totally love your set up. Super sick truck, I need that to tow my Mandella Flat, old school cool. And beautiful boat too!

what cart do you use to tow with? We killed a cart trying to move a 22 foot boat around. We moved it about 10 feet and the motor just died.

No cart was thinking about picking one up but it’s clear not for moving a boat based on the feedback from everyone.

how far do you have to move it? Maybe one of those electric trailer dollys would work. That's what we ended up using.

A friend uses an old golf cart to move his Howard 23' Offshore into the garage. So far no issues, the cart works fine even without the wheel jack down. He's only moving the boat 20 to 25 feet and it's mostly flat ground.

All depends on the motor and controller in the cart. All stock, especially with a newer AC cart won't work well. An older DC cart with a high torque motor and higher current controller will do fine. Brakes are an issue so go slow! :)

On the money DLC ....Was going to look at the truck to understand how to hide a receiver on the front.

There’s a nice samurai in the for sale section that would make a nice yard goat for your fleet. Multiple other uses too...

Well you wont see much better if you used a golf cart. You'd be staring down the tunnel of the boat and it would block your view of the trailer fenders too.
