It’s not really engineered as either.
But when they add 10 tons of yayo through that hatch in the side they tend to “settle”...lol

That thing is awesome! I just showed it to my wife, told her I could get it for a song and we'd have the only one on the strip. She asked if I thought I'd enjoy sleeping in it, then turned and left the room.

Lifeboat designed to be dropped off big ships, this would be my luck if I was on board.

I’ve seen them on the back of the tankers. I believe they launch at a pretty steep angle and hit the water nose first. I can’t imagine how awful it would be to have to launch that thing and leave your large boat behind.
