Some of these Craigslist adds just blow me away.

$11k for a 31 year old motorhome with a small block. Yet they are passionate about it and the asking price. Some people just boggle my mind....

Our Motorhome is in unbelievably good, and original condition with upgrades.
It has the original upholstery which is in very good shape.
As you know, the value of a vehicle stops decreasing, levels out and starts increasing at a certain age, usually around 20-25 years.
Fact: The value of the average Lazy Daze motor home leveled out seven years ago and has been increasing ever since, for the last four years. This is true of any vehicle of superior workmanship. Don’t just take my word for it, ask anyone in one of the Lazy Daze clubs.
I’ve added a Complete, high-grade solar setup with 2 large top rated panels, not the cheap ones. These will last 20 years from the time I had them installed two years ago.
I’ve added the solar incase we wanted to boondock.
Our rig has a new Chevy 350 Fuel Injected engine (Not Rebuilt) with a four bolt main bearing crankshaft which is the most desirable engine for this size motorhome and is, historically the most dependable of the Chevy line and gives the best gas mileage for a V8. This new engine has the enhanced hydraulic roller lifter camshaft for better performance and has only 6000 miles on it. The transmission was replaced at the same time.
FYI, our motorhome came with the older style 350 but now it’s upgraded with the new stile 350, Also called 3.7L.
The total miles on the coach is 100,400 Which is nothing for the solid suspension.
You can appreciate the craftsmanship in a Lazy Daze by the quiet, non-rattling, non-bouncing feel as you’re cruising in it.
The easy-to-clean exterior skin is not fiberglass, it’s real aircraft-quality aluminum and the roof is a one solid piece of heavy gauge aluminum with no seams to leak. I get up top-side every six months to check on the vent seals.
This solid piece of construction has never had moisture damage to the overhead, the deck or the bulkheads.
The RV has 7 New tires, new brakes with only 900 mi, a new $1700 commercial roof air conditioner that doesn’t come on any brand new RV on the market today, as far as I know. The roof AC was installed about 2 1/2 years ago, the dash AC has all new parts, compressor, condenser etc., the new furnace at the same time, water heater in is propane but now upgraded to run on regular 110AC house current as an option. New cooling system, radiator, water pump etc.
I had a 10,000lb rated trailer hitch w/1000 lb rated tongue weight capacity that cost me $1544 in 2013 that I only used once to tow a small 1200 lb trailer 10 miles. 100% of all the upholstery including curtains are in good shape for the year. We had a Fantastic brand fan Installed Who is range sensor automatic closing lid when it detects the first bit of moisture and it comes w/remote control. Is also can be set to open or close as the temperature rises or decreases.
I just had new house batteries Installed, The engine battery was replaced six months ago.
I’ve recently had an oak panel floor installed that's guaranteed to last 25 years. I did it because it’s more practical than the old carpet that was in there and I have pictures of the floor just after removing the carpet to show that I was not trying to cover up moisture damage to the floor.

The inspection, the service and adjustments were done by what I believe to be one of Tucson’s most reputable RV Services, “Atlas RV Repair and Restoration”. The inspection and service is verifiable. I have, on hand, the 13 page receipt with the 300 items that were inspected just a few weeks ago including the letter heading with the address and phone number of Atlas RV service for verification.

We have owned this RV for seven years and it’s giving us great service. we’ve kept it meticulously maintained.
It’s had a new and complete exterior paint job 7 1/2 years ago. We would keep this forever and actually had planned on it and had always had top quality work done with superior workmanship and the best Replacement parts to it but our plans now have recently changed to moving out to the Big Island.
The RV is at my residence in Tucson on at 1468 W Miracle Mile next to the 10 freeway. You may see it today until 6pm. You may even just drive by without alerting me prior if you desire.
Please Note: Do Not enter the property without an escort or as manager, I will get complaining phone calls from my tenants. Also, I started to have it waxed but it’s still lacking 1/4 towards the front.
One more thing, if you if you do a search
310.650.8233 text only please. I’m a senior with bad ears. Text ok 24/7
I am the park manager and I am available from 7 AM to 6 PM.
Sorry but, one under 16 years old is allowed outside of the car in the park.
This is a senior mobile home park and everyone is required to wear a mask at all times.
We have very high security here.
If you search Tucson Craigslist for sale by owner Laze Daze you’ll see many more pictures. Just make sure you spell the word Daze correctly.
That’s all folks. Thanks for reading my story

It's a Lazy Daze, built like no other, they still wont do slides on their units. This has new paint, solar, it's dialed. That's a fair to good price depending on maintenance and add on verification. He'll get his price.

It is a Lazy Daze which are like the Prevost of class C motor homes. They are also one of the few four season units. Wouldn't be surprised if he gets close to that # .

I know they were, and are built well, but their layouts suck, severely lack sleeping space, and a small block? Come on now. I guess it'll be someone that just HAS to have a Lazy Daze and will look past the anemic engine and ancient.... well, everything.
