Injected the shoulder with cherry coke and sprayed it every hour or so while it was smoking. First time doing it that way honestly didn’t notice a ton of difference. Also used a cherry wood and pecan mix.What’s cherry coke thing about? Sounds good!

Anyone have a good wing recipe?
I have tried different ways and they always come out tough on the outside.
I have skinned them. then rub and smoke for 2 hours. Skinning sucks and not worth it. Outside tough.
I have smoked them with skin for 6 hours and skin is tough and chewy.
Anyone have a sure fire way to get them so that the skin is good?
If I recall @was thatguy had a good wing recipe. Not sure if they were smoked or not.
