62,000 miles yes it’s a Rubicon.Congrats, how many miles and is it a Rubicon without the badging?
I’m downWe should plan an inland empire River Dave's Jeep run
Financing from credit union. Was already pre approved before we looked at it. And we are putting down $5,000Elaborate a little more. What's keeping you from completing the deal?
They haven’t given me a number. My fear is they just keep my cash and sell it to the other guy.He wants a guarantee that you are working on the $$$ before losing out and a cash sale. How much of a deposit he is asking $500-1000? if you can not secure financing then he keeps the money. Its trusts that he doesn't sell it and keeps the deposit.
Good looking Jeep. I don't know much about anything, but wanted to throw this out there. I'm having my 04 TJ upgraded w/ the Currie Rock Jock short arm as well (and some other fun stuff) Rock Tech (the shop building it) said to pass on fancy fox shocks, said its not needed...said no need on a crawler & I would be better off putting that money into other items, . Again I don't know anything bout shocks / suspension, just what I was told.Currently building this one. 2004 LJ Unlimited. I’m putting an Eaton True Trac in the rear with an Eaton e locker in the front. 5:13 gears, I picked up a 4” short arm lift with Currie springs, Rock Johnny double adjustable control arms, Fox Shocks, sway bar disconnect and will ad a slip yoke eliminator. This is my first Jeep. The GF has wanted one for a long time. View attachment 981454 View attachment 981455

i already sent them a picture of the 5k cash I will be giving them on top of the check from my credit union.
It booked for 34k and I’m buying for less than that plus my down. So it’s merely process time at this point.
My bank is usually pretty good. I have gotten a check in 1 day. Worst was like 3 or 4.Give him $500 to hold it and it also shows that you have skin in the game.... Again there is a bit of faith on either side. Getting money from the bank can take weeks.

I originally offered a deposit and was declined.Don't be upset if the guys doesn't want to wait if he has someone on the hook with cash and sells it... cause you didn't give a deposit hoping the bank gives you money in a few days.
I have a 2016 rubicon with factory 4:10 gearing on "35"s... and it runs on the street and hwy really good at about 14-15 mpg. BUT here's what a Toyo 35 measures straight across (unweighted spare) ... 33.5 inches. My computer is calibrated on a 33.5 inch tires but my wallet and ego paid for a "35".
My Rubicon with Toyo’s measure exactly the same. It works fine with the stock 4:10 gears. But I wish the tires were taller.

Define reasonable? Remember what JEEP means. I did the KC PRO6 LED's they aren't cheap but quality and light output is awesome. What are you guys using for lights that are reasonably priced?

Well.. If you're gonna upgrade the lights, you're gonna need the Dynatrac Prorock 60/60 combo too.
Ok what lights are you other cheap asses like me running?
